Deanna Rowser

Deanna has almost 20 years in the design industry. She got her feet wet when at 19, her parents let her completely remodel the 2nd story of their two-family house for her first apartment. Although trends have some influence on her choices, Deanna is an advocate for a client's style over trend to ensure the client will love their space forever more.

Deanna spent the bulk of her design career in the Connecticut and New York City area, to where she relocated after receiving her B.S. in Business Administration from SUNY Buffalo State. The need to care for elderly parents brought her back to the Buffalo area where she has been working with various residential, commercial, and retail clients to help maximize spaces and create visually stunning spaces. She has designed kitchens, baths, bars, offices, pool houses, ski lodges, apartment buildings, and apparel stores locally in Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Grand Island and Lewiston, in addition to New York City, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, Florida, Hawaii, and as far away as the Dominican Republic.

Deanna's design perspective can be summed up in three statements: "Design for the life you have, not the life you wish you had.", "When renovating in an existing space, particularly older Victorians, Colonials, and Tudors, when done, it should LOOK as if no renovation was done while FUNCTIONING like the renovation was totally done.", and specifically for clients renovating their forever home, "Embrace YOUR style. It'll never steer you wrong."
